Office Clerk

JOB DESCRIPTION

– Schedule deliveries for cylinder trucks, F250 and Ranger in Perth and Kingston.

– Assign and print work orders and give to the appropriate offices and drivers.

– Contact cylinder trucks for emergency work.

– Enter work orders for work required.

– Greet clients coming into the office and direct them to the appropriate services, provide information in person and by phone.

– Answer telephones, take messages.

– Send/receive messages and documents using fax machine or electronic mail.

– Take payments in person or by phone.

– Filling.

– Accuracy and attention to detail

– Capacity to multitask

– Basic computer skills like excel, words and outlook.

– High school diploma required

Contract, part-time position

$17.00 per hour

38 hours a week
